If you've ever gone to book a bounce house for a Saturday in April and found your top picks already reserved, you're not alone. Inflatable rentals in Montgomery County follow a pretty predictable seasonal pattern, and knowing it can save you from having to settle for your second choice โ€” or worse, going without one entirely.

The short answer

For a weekend event during spring or summer, we recommend booking 1โ€“2 weeks ahead at minimum, and 3โ€“4 weeks ahead if you have your heart set on a specific unit like a themed castle or a particular water slide. Weekday events are far more flexible โ€” sometimes even a few days' notice is enough.

Why weekends fill up faster

Saturdays and Sundays are, unsurprisingly, the most popular days for birthday parties, church events, and school celebrations across Conroe, The Woodlands, and the rest of Montgomery County. Since our trucks and inventory are shared across every event booked that day, popular units โ€” especially combo units and larger bounce houses โ€” tend to go first.

Seasonal timing matters too

Texas summers push demand for water slides and wet/dry combo units way up between May and September, while dry bounce houses and obstacle courses stay in steady demand year-round for birthdays and school events. If you know you want a water slide for a June or July weekend, booking a few weeks out gives you the best selection.

Holidays and long weekends

Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and any three-day weekend see a noticeable jump in bookings. If your event falls on one of these dates, we'd recommend booking as early as you're able โ€” a month out isn't overkill.

What if your event is coming up fast?

Don't assume it's too late โ€” we regularly accommodate last-minute requests when inventory allows, including some booked just a day or two out. The worst that happens is we let you know if your first choice isn't available and help you find something similar.
