1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you make a reservation, create an account, contact us, or sign up for our mailing list. This may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
• Rental and order history
• Communications you send us

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

Website analytics. Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived). Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. We do not send your name, email, phone number, payment details, or booking information to Google Analytics, and analytics are not used in the AllStar Moonwalks iPhone app. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your rental reservations
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Send promotional communications (with your consent)
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in at checkout, AllStar Moonwalks will send text messages about your booking, including confirmations, event reminders, delivery updates, cancellation notices, and review requests.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time, or call (936) 689-9818.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS provider) who need it to deliver messages.

4. Mobile App and Push Notifications

If you use the AllStar Moonwalks iPhone app and allow notifications, we store a device token issued by Apple so we can send notifications about your booking to your device: confirmations, reminders, driver updates, payment receipts, and other messages we would otherwise send by text or email. The token is linked to your account or to the booking made on that device, is used only to deliver these notifications through Apple's Push Notification service, and is never sold or used for advertising.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your iPhone's Settings. You can delete your account from within the app (My Bookings → account icon → Delete Account) or by contacting us; your booking records are kept for our business and tax records. Card payments in the app are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist with payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and website analytics (Google Analytics)
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, typically for the duration of our business relationship plus an additional period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution and fraud prevention.

You can delete your online account at any time from the My Account tab of the customer portal or the AllStar Moonwalks app. Deleting your account permanently removes your login and turns off marketing texts and emails. Records of past bookings and payments are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes, and upcoming bookings are not cancelled automatically.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults making rental reservations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate, by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
