Bounce houses are one of the safest, most reliable ways to entertain a big group of kids at once โ€” but like any piece of party equipment, a little bit of awareness goes a long way. Here's what we walk every customer through.

Keep an adult watching at all times

This is the single most important rule. An assigned adult "bounce house monitor" โ€” someone whose only job during the party is watching the unit โ€” catches problems (overcrowding, kids roughhousing, someone climbing the walls) long before they become an actual issue.

Separate kids by size and age when possible

Mixing a group of much older, bigger kids with toddlers in the same bounce session is one of the most common causes of minor bumps and falls. If your guest list spans a wide age range, consider running separate, shorter bounce sessions grouped roughly by size.

Respect the stated occupancy and weight limits

Every unit has a maximum number of riders and a weight limit โ€” we go over both at delivery. Sticking to that number, even when it's tempting to let "just one more" jump in, keeps the unit performing the way it's designed to.

No shoes, no sharp objects, no food or drinks inside

Shoes (even socks with grippy soles) can tear the inflatable's vinyl surface and create a trip hazard. The same goes for jewelry, glasses, and anything in pockets. Keep food and drinks outside the unit entirely to avoid slips.

Watch the weather

Wind is the main weather concern with any inflatable. We ask that units be vacated and, if needed, deflated in sustained high winds or during lightning โ€” our crew can walk you through how to do this safely if conditions turn during your event. This is also why every unit is properly staked and anchored at setup; never move or attempt to relocate a bounce house yourself once it's set up.

Let our crew handle setup and teardown

All of our inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and properly anchored by our own delivery team โ€” this isn't something we ever ask customers to do themselves, and we'd recommend the same caution with any rental company.
